User fees
$151.27 per user per month with a three month minimum. Fee includes clean room garments, general laboratory supplies, chemicals and gases used in standard processes. 

Thin Film Sputtering System
University and non-profit users $65.36 per machine cycle. For-profit Organizations $350.00 per machine cycle.

Deep Reactive Ion Etcher
University and non-profit users $96.53 per machine cycle.
Labor for procedure $31.46 per hour with a 1 hour minimum and charged in 1/4 hour increments.

Labor for procedures performed by Facility Staff
$31.46 per hour with a 1 hour minimum and charged in 1/4 hour increments
